Senior Accountant (Base in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam) (Salary: $1,300-$1700)

• Manage bookkeeping of a business.
• Ability to manage computerized and manual accounting system.
• General accounting control record.
• Month and year-end accounting process.
• Manage monthly Accounts and bank statement reconciliations.
• Budget, Revenue and expenditure variance analysis.
• Fixed asset control and stock management.
• Preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements.
• Experience in preparing financial statement (Reporting Standard with confidence in dealing with local tax authority (e.g. monthly, annual tax return and tax assessment)
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
• Coordinate and complete annual audit.
• Knowledge of project accounting system.
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
• Initially manage office related accounting and management administrative matters in our Hanoi, Vietnam office.
• Other as assigned by line manager.

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Accounting or Finance, Age 30-45 years old.
• 5+ years of experiences in Accounting.
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
• Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns.
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, Accounting & Tax databases.
• Good knowledge and experience in Excise tax and other taxation matters.
• Excellent command in English (Speaking, Writing and Reading) and great command of Vietnamese language.
