Job Summary
Account Manager to meet our local key customers acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully focusing local key customers
2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customers base and ensure its strong presence
3. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
4. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
5. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
6. Making reports to principal
7. Communicate suppliers regularly on exchange market information, competitors’ landscape
8. Monitor inventory, purchase orders, profit and loss of business.
9. Consult with Business Director for quotations to customers and price negotiation with suppliers
10. To inform Business Director and suppliers of loss of sales and reasons thereof immediately when they are discovered
11. Meet and exceed KPIs and Sales targets
12. Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department
13. Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
14. Be a brand ambassador and always reflect company values.
Report types:
1. Monitor and feedback slow moving and expiry date inventory
2. Making market trends of your country
3. Consolidate and select market trend of the world to introduce local market
4. Master of marketing techniques
5. Master of products presentation
6. Make presentation of products into local word and easy to remember
7. Understanding market need and present our products to meet their needs
8. Monthly sales report, month sales analysis reports

Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
2. Min. 6 years of experience in product and technical knowledge
3. Background in technical support, product development or project management
