We are currently seeking for an outgoing, energetic and detail oriented individual to join our Account Management team, based in Ho Chi Minh City.

What you will be doing:
- Own the corporate client relationship after they are successfully onboarded
- Activate customers to place their first order within defined SOP
- Ensure prepaid client wallet does not fall below minimum amount
- Maintain relationships and with key accounts, taking responsibility for their retention on LLM
- Resolve complaints and operational issues with key accounts within a defined SOP
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue base with existing accounts and execute this mission
- Identify new channels of revenue with existing accounts e.g. API, advertising
- Collaborate with marketing department on regular and seasonal campaigns
- Engage with in-app top-up clients to identify high potential business users
- Collect relevant data from business accounts, helping the business user categorization effort

- At least 3 year related working experience
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Able to work under pressure/tight timeframes
- Able to work independently
- Focus on detail and data driven mindset
- Fluency in Vietnamese, proficiency in English a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to handle stressful situations with a smile
- Cultural fit: Fast learner, Can-do attitude, Straightforward, Simplify
