Senior Account

- Takes responsibility for Work with Creative, Account Director to produce proposals to submit to the direct Manager and Directors, getting the comments from the team and revise the proposal, after approval of the managing director, take responsibility to send to client and follow up for the event/activities until it's finished.
- Work on the Brainstorming meeting with the team for proposal submitted to client.
- Takes responsibility to follow up the check list and excution plan with client and production team/suppliers daily to be on time always and keep the highest qualities that committed to client.
- Make plan, set up, and execute the project activities
- Ensure that projects are delivered in a professional way with a focus on meeting the profitability, service quality and time planning goals to meet clients’ requirements
- Handle changes together with the requirements for the projects as described in the project specification
- Cooperate with other internal team to reach the good effects & best result for the project & clients.
- Present and sell services and products that company can supply to clients, keep good relationship with existing customer and build up new relationships with potential customers, seek for more customers and orders for the company.
- Manage relationship with client and all day-to-day interface with clients: receive brief, submit proposal, obtain client approval, report event execution, and follow up for payments.
- Taking responsibility to follow up the check list with client and production team/suppliers daily to be on time always and keep the highest qualities that committed to client.
- Take responsibility to complete the work and assignments in the best way.
- Upsell new products, find new clients and sales opportunities to achieve sales plan
- Takes responsibility for managing the existing clients of the company. Keep the good relationship and responses form client during the process of the project/events
- Getting brief through meeting with clients
- Take responsibility to find the new accounts for company.
- Others task related assigned by Manager and Director

• Years of experience: 3 years
• Have imagination and creativity
• Ability to express good ideas, using Vietnamese - English is really fluent.
• Ability to use English well
• Ability to persuade and lead others best.
• Good background in culture and social issues
• Ability to edit, synthesize and evaluate
• Ability to work independently and in team, with high work pressure
• Good team management and management skills.
• Good looks, no lingering, stuttering
• Experienced in the same position at a large media company
