Senior Account Executive (Production Based)

Rice is looking for a Senior Account Executive for Production team, responsible for the day to day smooth operation of Rice production. You would be the coordinator of contacting between clients, suppliers and Rice team. The Coordinator will, at all times, know where each job stands and will be sure all projects are created following the provided guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage workflow of production projects
• Create and maintain production schedules. Ensure all jobs are completed within the original deadline
• Coordinate production projects- from conception to delivery
• Work closely with our project management and the suppliers team to meet client expectations
• Preparation of detailed estimates and schedules to for project managers and/or clients
• Provided clear production samples to designers, project managers and/or clients
• Track and keep informed costs per project
• Update weekly job spreadsheet for department meeting
• Outside client liaison
• Attend client meetings as needed
• Process invoices and maintain records, files and budgets

• 2-3+ years experience of production project coordinator
• Having experience in print production environment and knowledgeable of paper, inks, binding methods, etc is a PLUS
• Candidate must be excellent at multitasking and prioritizing and have a strong sense of urgency
• Self-motivated with very strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• The applicant must be reliable, detail oriented and a team player
• Good negotiating skills
• Speak, read and write English and Vietnamese on a professional level
• Must be able to troubleshoot problems with client, vendors and implement solutions through established processes
• Ability to adapt and learn quickly – be flexible
• Ideal candidate will have good knowledge of offset, sheet-fed and digital printing methods and have previous print buying experience
• Excellent Excel, Word and Power Point knowledge
• Proficiency in Mac and PC based InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
