Mô tả công việc
• Responsible for advising and making quotation to insurance agents and brokers
• Responsible for assisting the insurance agents and brokers to manage and serve renewal policies to maximize customer satisfaction with company products and services
• Assist the insurance agents and brokers in new client development to achieve the sales target
• Understand customers’ need and deal related issues with good business acumen
• Prepare reports to Sales Manager
• Coordinate with relevant departments to meet the customers’ need effectively and promptly
• Other duties as required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Age 25-45
• University Graduate
• Minimum 2-year work experience in the same position in Health Insurance sector
• Having experience working for insurance agents/brokers in the same position is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the insurance market in Vietnam
• Good command of spoken and written English, MS Office, Outlook Express, Web ...
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, able to work independently
• Friendly, reliable and able to work under pressure
• Willing to travel as job required.
