Managing Accounts & Reporting
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts
- Build keen understanding and acquiring knowledge of consumers, brand, business, and clients by compiling and analyzing data to find trends.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients often through regular face to face contact and meetings, also arrange meetings with clients and travel to them.
Contact & Educate
- Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
- Making cold calls or reaching out to prospects.
- Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
- Acted as the first point of contact for client questions and requests
- Talk to other departments in the organisation in order to facilitate client requests - Build strong relationships and to foster good team spirit with both clients and members of the agency team, particularly the Social Media department, with which they will have almost daily contact.
- Identify new client relationships and make pitches to potential new clients
Others
-Give presentations about their organisation’s products or services
- Manage a budget and achieve targets.
- Manage a team of Social Media and arrange training for them if necessary.
- Generate accurate reports on the status with Social Media Manager of existing accounts and new business.
- Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
- Maintaining a database of contact information.
- Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
- Handling complaints and negotiations.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree or higher
- 1.5 to 3 years of experience in Key Account, preferably at a similar position in F&B industry and / or other Agency environment.
- Strong analytical thinking and planning skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sense of business and highly result-oriented
- Willing to go field sales
- Good in English and Vietnamese to coordinate between departments
- Sufficient to good at Microsoft office (especially in preparing Keynote, Client’s Contract
