Job title: Senior Account Executive - Events & Activations

**Job Summary:

The Senior Account, Events & Activations, is to ensure the successful development and implementation of best-in-class plans for clients, ensuring client’s business and marketing objectives are met through effective teamwork. The role requires excellent communication and inter-personal skills in English and Vietnam. Active, passionate and hungry for new challenges is a must with sound judgment and proactive attitude is essential. Operational / executional know-how is a given.

**Primary Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day planning and management of all client event & activation projects working closely within the team.
• Attending client meetings for briefing, reporting, pitching and ad hoc requests.
• Working with approved vendor expert partners to ensure delivery and execution of the projects.
• Overall project time, quality and cost management.
• Undertaking site recce and on-site project management on specific projects.
• Supervising Operation Executive and ensuring quality of the agency output is best-in-class.
• Reporting to the Senior Account/Account Manager in timely manner to ensure alignment and to manage client expectations.

**Key Performance Criteria:

• At least 2 years experience in the same industry.
• Willing to travel and work on weekend if needed.
