Senior 3D Designer (Event)

* Concept & Art Direction Development
- Taking brief from Strategic Planning or Account team.
- Think creatively to produce/contribute new ideas together with Account Service team/Strategic Planning team.
- To work with Account Service team/Strategic Planning team to successfully develop from the concept to the final artwork .
- Able to be responsible for multi-tasks and other tasks assigned by Creative Service Director/Project Leaders.

* Art Direction Implementation & Evaluation
- To supervise production works to ensure it follows the design and its quality .
- Update customer/ internal changes if occur while executing to update and take as reference for next project.
- Collaborate with managers, accounts, planners and other designers, artists to evaluate the credibility of the design and to provide solutions for possible issues relating to the actual brief of client given.

* Management
- Allocate works to maximize the potentials of all members. Coach & supervise the team to ensure quality end-results.
- Provide leadership, motivation, direction and support to the team. Sharpen company culture together with management team.
- Responsible to canvass/source proposals from suppliers; update supplier files & records; and to build up good relationship with all suppliers.
- Well collaboration and reporting to HoD.
- Other duties as assigned by HoD.

Knowledge
• Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator and other programs needed to achieve final result
• Great sense of line and form, color and lighting, human anatomy, technical and architectural design
• Quick sketch is an advantage
• Good drafting design

Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree

English
• English communication

Experience
• Strong background and experience in graphic design with at least 3+ years of experience

Skills and competencies
• Innovative and progressive. Confident, friendly, honest, able for individual and team work
• Be creative, have a good sense of colors and dimensions. Solid understanding of branding, marketing, design, and usability fundamentals
• Ability manage a project from concept through production
• Ability to take direction well and to play well with others.
• A desire to grow your skills and experience.
