Sell Out Executive

1. Follow up sell out performance of customer, develop idea to push sell out.
2. Work closely with big retail team to monitoring PS performance, develop idea to improve performance.
3. Work closely with sales team & Local Sales Rep to push sales.
4. Monitor and report promotion of competitors / customers.
5. Analysis / propose idea to catch market trend (Product / Promotion /Displaying / Price / Competitor…).
6. Other job assigned by line manager

1. Graduated from University or above/Major: Bachelor in Marketing/Management/AC or related
2. Good communication in English
3. High responsibilities and good interpersonal skills
4. Willing to work under high pressure
5. Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/ operation metrics
6. Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point
7. Having > 2 years experiences
8. Professional Knowledge:
- Knowledge related to Sales Policies & Processes
- Consumer Electric or Home Appliance Product & market knowledge is an advantage
- Prefer candidate with Retail experience
9. Soft skill:
- Strong analysis and logical thinking.
- Ability to make reports, recommendations and presentation etc.
- Ability to solve problems and issues.
- Time management - for adhering to processes & deadlines
- Self-motivation and self-starter.
