Security Staff

Responsibility:
Training & policy making
Maintain all security training material
Support Group security head to make security policy
Maintain all security related SOP & forms
* Administration
- Manage consumables for dept
- HR related document process
- Car arrangement

* Tasks
- Prepare and update security training materials every quarter
- Follow the instruction of Group security lead to edit group security policy
- To Design and prepare caution signage’s and posters to post at necessary areas
- Maintain senior leader training record and update to Group security lead every month
- Check the stock of consumables , submit PO when necessary
- Arrange car for dept collegue and dept head when they need
- Prepare HR related document for dept : hiring , leave application form . Receive monthly payroll from HR
- Education : University an up
- Experience : 0-2 years’ experience in product security , information security or general security
- Manufacturing or brand working experience is a plus

- English communication skill
- Risk assessment skill

- The wage agreements in interview.
- Able to work in an active and professional working environment
- Insurance and Paid-leaves as required by Labor Law.
