Position overview:
Contribute toward the effectiveness of the school operations by ensuring the smooth running of safety and security process due to school principle and objective.
Responsibilities :
Ensure the safety of all people on campus.
Maintain security of the school premises and grounds.
Check and report any irregularities/incidents/accidents to line supervisor.
Control traffic.
Monitor visitors/contractors/vendors/workers
Respond to emergencies affecting the safety and security of the premises.
Manage all safety/security systems; including fire alarm, firefighting, intrusion alarm, access control, CCTV …etc.
Supervise the 3rd party security personnel.
Assist in enforcing UNIS Hanoi procedures and regulation.
All other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the line managers.

i. Education / qualification
High School Graduation
ii. Experience
Experience in a similar role, preferably in large multi-cultural organizations, is an advantage
iii. Technical knowledge
Good discipline and attitude
Good English communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and standards strictly
Customer service and result orientation
