Security Shift Manager

1. Physical Security Operations:
 - Ensure the implementation of physical security measures – guard deployment, patrolling, spot and surprise
checks, perimeter protection, alarm monitoring & response, employee flow and visitor management, material
movement and security documentation and administration.
 - Manage the Shift guard force acting as the first point of contact for reporting & escalations.
 - Supervise, train & motivate the guard force and support their performance as per post orders.
 - Manage vehicle, people and material flow as per laid down process. Handle incidents and escalations to
ensure no/minimum disruption to business.
 - Conduct periodic process risk/gap assessments, audits based on assessments check lists.
 - Escalate and investigate any occurrences of breach of physical security and conduct root cause analysis, along
with implementation of recommended preventive and corrective actions.
 - Promptly report to Security Operations manager, any incidents, deviations as well as support needs for
Security Operations.

2. Loss Prevention Support:
 - On the basis of Risk Assessments and other security inputs, implement an effective loss prevention program
to mitigate any risks related to theft, pilferage or material losses.
 - Carry out structural or procedural changes, awareness programs and other activities required to spread the
loss prevention culture at the site, at a periodic basis.

3. Emergency Response & Incident Management:
 - Follow the FUSHAN Emergency Response and Incident Management guidelines to handle security
incidents/potential business disruption in time manner. It includes incident notification, response, handling,
reporting and root cause analysis.
 - Liaise with state authorities, police, Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) and emergency services on a day-to-day
basis, during mock exercises and real-life incidents and crisis situations.

1.Educational background:
 University degree level or equivalent through experience and professional certification.
 Fluent in office software (Word, Excel, Power point… ).
2. Experiences:
 5 years’ experience in equivalent position.
 Experience in implementation of security projects/programs with a large scale.
 Experience in managing or coordinating security incident response and investigations

 Languages – Fluent in English & Vietnamese
4. Others:
