Security Manager

- Ensure safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, customers and others.
- Analyze statistical data and report to identify and determine how to make premises and grounds safe and secure.
- Develop methods to improve security policies, processes, and practices; recommend changes to management.
- Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform managers, employees and others about security policies, procedures and practices.
- Manage the designs and development of specialized training to guide security officers and others on security decisions and actions.
- Represent the organization in formal meetings with outside organizations on matters dealing with security and protective services.
- Responsible for proactively evaluating risks that may threaten the safety and /or security of company assets, employees and guests.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the security system of the company.

- Graduating from Army school – Security Professional Training
- Minimum 3 year experiences in security managing as Security Manager.
- Demonstrated knowledge of security operations, including fire protection, hazardous materials handling, workplace health and safety issues and related.
- Good Communication – English and Vietnamese
- Leadership skill
- Management skill
- Office computer skill.
