Security Manager

Job description summary:
• Manage security operations on a daily basis. Areas of responsibilities include protection of hotel assets, associates, guests and property, accident and fire prevention and response.
• Ensure that all areas of the hotel are safe and secure.
• Maintain logs, certifications and documents required by law and standard operating procedures.
• Strive to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance of the department.

• Good English and Vietnamese language skills (written and spoken)
• Customer-oriented mindset and creative problem solving skills
• Knowledgeable of hotel and government safety and security regulations
• Hands-on experience in managing security operations in 4-5 star hotels
• Team management and leadership skills
• Microsoft office computer skills
• Dynamic, well organized, willing to work under high pressure
• At least 3 years of experience in similar role in international hotels.
