Location: Asia Pacific Region Office (UPS Vietnam )
Reporting to: Country Security Manager

Job Specific Responsibilities
- To investigate and resolve customer issues for missing delivery or exception information, lost packages, damaged and disputes on delivered packages
- Communicate with internal and external customers on Claims, Tracing and undelivered packages and in the areas of resolving international shipment problems, providing information regarding the movement of shipments and supplying international data to the relevant entities
- Provide a timely tracing service for customers and prevent unnecessary customer claims
- Conduct courteous and effective Consignee and Shipper interviews
- Provide support on security matters related to the Vietnam facilities
- Create and review presentations drafts to ensure accuracy
- Produce, review and analyze weekly and monthly reports, including weekly security highlights and country security weekly synopsis.
- Liaise externally with outside Security vendors and Government agencies
- Update & modify operations within the facilities’ periodically in accordance with change of Security procedure or internal / external requirements
- Handle the issuance of photo batch IDs (4 center: Cong Hoa, Binh Duong, TECS, and record filing. Monitor and ensure that all vendors’ contract renewals are processed for approval on timely manner (avoid late renewals).
- Analysis Destination Claim Issued element report for improvement and work with relevant function to look for preventive action with objective to improve results
- Conduct various Security Audits

- Minimum G.C.E O/A Level (or its local requirement)
- Language skills – fluent well spoken English. In addition to other local languages spoken, or written would be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team and be flexible regarding hours and duties
- Ability to work under time-pressure
- Ability to multi task
- Ability to pull, read, interpret, sort and analyze reports
- Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access)
- Excellent communication skills and follow up skills
