Section Chief (Good Benefit)

- Make and follow production planning for factory line
- Responsible for training and coaching new staff, check and follow production process of every sections to improve productivity
- Prepare and present monthly quality report
- Implement corrective action plan in case of abnormality
- Materials management, cost management
- Ensure monthly output
- Supervise production process strictly

- Gender: Male Age: 27~40
- Graduated Academic background: Bachelor/college degree in electric/electronics, mechanical, automation
- Fluently in English or Japanese
- Have 1 or 2 years Experience working in production management at manufacturing companies, manage at minimum 50 people
- Have strong knowledge about production process, intensive knowledge about 5S, Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen
- Proficient in computer literacy especially Ms. Excel and reporting.
