- Making schedule and following up appointment, meeting for BOD & BOM as request.
- Taking and preparing minutes whenever required.
Provide admin supports to BOD & BOM.
- Perform other clerical duties: update files, reports…
- Other duties as assigned by BOD & BOM from time to time.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University degree.
- Minimum three year experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Strong organizational and time management. Attention to detail.
- Good command of spoken and written English is a must.
- Good knowledge of using MS office applications (WORD, ECXEL, POWERPOINT).
- Careful and accurate, well organized, sociable and approachable.
- Good looking appearance.
- Minimum three year experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
