Key Responsibilities:
Perform all duties of a secretarial nature. Responsible for providing all types of secretarial support for managers and above.
• Provide administrative support to the teams including:
Maintaining diaries for directors and above, arranging for client appointments, making meeting room bookings and organising meetings.
Organising travel and logistics for team members (booking hotels, air tickets, meeting rooms, transportation, correspondence).
Time sheet posting/taxi allocation/medical claim/ expense reimbursement for directors and above when required.
Corresponding with clients on the phone regarding Tax and Legal Services, taking and delivering message to appropriate person in charge.
Screening directors’/partners’ inbound calls and act as back-up receptionist in case they are not at their desk.
Assisting in proposal preparation (typing, slide presentation, scanning, photocopying, binding), and doing research (if needed).
• Assist in training arrangement for tax team.
• Assist in organising seminar for tax team.

• Possesses experience in a similar area and environment
• Computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Has fast and accurate typing skills
