Work Location:
TL1 and/ or TL2 following Director’s schedule:
• TL1: Plot B6, Thang Long IP, Dong Anh, Ha Noi
• TL2: Plot G2, Thang Long II IP, Lieu Xa, Yen My, Hung Yen
Responsibilities:
Performing secretarial tasks in support to Japanese Board of Directors and Corporate Planning activities:
1. Secretarial tasks
• Control working schedule or appointment for Directors
• Arrange for business travel (air-ticket, accommodation, etc.) for Directors
• Translation of document and interpretation in meetings
• Organize and coordinate meetings and write meeting minutes
2. Corporate Planning Tasks
• Support for creating documents on business management with KPI or Financial results
• Perform various tasks assigned by directors depending on business situation

Yêu cầu ứng viên
REQUIREMENT:
• Male / Female
• University Graduate
• Having relevant working experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with good ability are considerable.
• Background or past experience relating to Accounting, Finance or working with business figures is a plus
• Japanese N2 up and English (TOEIC 700 up)
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Cheerful and can-do attitude
• Need to challenge new and various tasks assigned by director, depending business situation
• Candidates please apply CV by Japanese + Vietnamese or English language.
