Work location: 11th Floor, Vincom Center, 72 Le Thanh Ton Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCM City.
Work hour: 8:00 – 17:00, from Monday to Friday, one Saturday morning/month.
Job description
Seafreight Export Executive will take in-charge of the followings: Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) implementation Data quality
Gross profit (GP) management Volume and customer management
Forwarding Sub-ledger (FSL) management
Your tasks and responsibilities
Work with Kuehne + Nagel oversea & carriers to release booking confirmation to shipper on time Monitor carrier allocation instruction for performance as per commitment.
Be proactive on daily issue for solving and deliver good service to customers.
Be responsible for Forwarding Sub-ledger checking and manage Gross profit correctly
Follow up and complete Key Performance Index (KPI) as per Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) requirement and make sure data quality accurate and timely
Monitor gain/ lost accounts with Kuehne + Nagel destination & account owner closely to report to manager for further actions.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Your skills and experience
Bachelor degree in International Business/ Supply Chain/ Logistics, or related field At least 2 year experienced at the same position in Freight Forwarding companies
Good knowledge in Import/ Export process, Incoterms, Shipping/ Forwarding procedures Good at communication, customer service, time management & solving problem
Good command of English (both verbal & written)
Bachelor degree in International Business/ Supply Chain/ Logistics, or related field At least 2 year experienced at the same position in Freight Forwarding companies
