- Execute manager’s instruction;
- Help plan and organize production, Manages the work team; keep track of production activities; Cooperate with workmates; Accomplish production plan
Work Area: Workshop - defrosting,processing,freezing,packing room

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Characters: honest & responsible, No bad habits, strictly to self, open-mind.
- Education: college level, major of seafood, food, processing, management…
- Skills: have management skills, prefer 1 year managing experience.
- Others: Can bear work pressure, with good communications,
Overtime: Maximum 30 hours/month, daily overtime fee x 1.5,Sunday overtime fee x 2.0
Salary + welfare
- Basic salary + position salary + fixed bonus + seniority bonus + overtime bonus + productivity bonus + more
- Overtime: x 1.5,x 2.0, yearly bonus,
- Social insurance, health check yearly….

- System of training, learning, performing, upgrading
- More tasks taken, more bearing, More skills will be upgraded higher position with higher salary.
- Education: college level, major of seafood, food, processing, management…
- Skills: have management skills, prefer 1 year managing experience.
