Seafood Industry Experienced Staff in Liaison Office of Korean Company

What You Will Do
We are looking for the person who can support the Korean manager as following job description and as time goes by, we hope the person can be developped as a manager.

Description
As a supporter of QC department.
We are not find QC staff. We are finding person who can manage production line and factory and give direction to QC people in manufacture.
This positioned person should have experience in QC department or seafood industry.
* Managing QC people in Manufacturer
- We have suppliers (partners - manufacturers) and they also have QC staffs. Those QC staffs are supporting our company and make the products for us.
- This positioned person needs to control and can give direction how to produce the products and how to manage the risks in process line.
* We give the direction of quality standard or process way for the production to Supplier. so the staff also need to support of this work.
* This job position will have lots of trips to Nha Trang, Quang Ngai , Ca Mau, Hau Giang, Vung Tau, etc. (Managing Suppliers and find new MFRS that can produce new item)
Other things to do.
Our office is representitive office and we have small members to work.
So, sometimes, we need to share the works together as follows.
* Arrange the sample schedule and support testing of sample and also need to support administration work like communicating with Accountant and several parties.
- When we develop new item, we need to check up condition for the process line. This positioned person can recognise which manufactures can produce and which process can be updated for producing our item.
We are not finding QC manager or R&D person. Among the supplier, there are QC manager & R&D manager in each factory (suppliers) already.
The person will not work alone for above job description. We are looking for the person who can support Korean Manager.
* Support documentation of Accountant or ETC and communicate with Accountant agent office.
* The person will support managing work of shipping schedule.
* Checking up Container works or loading works

The person need to support above work and check & giving the direction only.
(Support Korean Manager and work instead of Korean manager sometimes)
Mainly working in Ho Chi Minh but travel several times a month.
