Mô tả công việc
• Coordinate with shippers, shipping lines then arrange booking note and other necessary docs to load the cargoes.
• Issue Bill of Lading.
• Ensure to keep a clear record of movement of each outbound shipment.
• Correspond with oversea agent in a professional manner.
• Handle all relevant issues of outbound shipments.
• File weekly & monthly reports of outbound cargoes quantity.
. Ensure a smooth handling of daily tasks at office such as receive/create/check/follow up respective reports.

- Years of experience: 2 year(s)
- Minimum career level: Experienced (Non-Manager)
- Minimum education level: Bachelors
- University graduated in Maritime, Foreign Trade, Business Administration and Economic, Sea Transport Economics...
- Have good knowledge of shipping, import and export
- Good skill of communication, negotiation, trouble-shooting, customer service…
- Ability to observe, analyze & solve problem.
- To be able to work in independence.
- Detail-oriented, hard-working, teamwork mentality, proactive.
- Business English communication: speaking and writing fluently
