Sea Freight Operation Staff - (Ha Noi)

1. OCEAN IMPORT
- Tasks:
+ To receive pre-alert from agents/partners via email (higlos) system, check the details on document.
+ To make D/O, A/N and D/N.
+ To follow the arrival date, contact the carrier, co-loader to get A/N on time.
+ To file E-manifest
+ To check the invoice, D/N from the carrier and co-loader, arrange for payment by cash with amount lower than 20,000,000vnd. With the amount higher than 20,000,000vnd, make Bank Payment voucher and send to Head Office for bank payment.
+ To release D/O sets and original invoices to customers.
+ To check and collect cash correctly from customers.
+ To update the import list in timely manner, send the summary by 25th of the month.
+ To settle all the relating problems refer to import shipments.
+ To inform relevant PIC in Head office and Hanoi Branch about the situation of import shmts if there is any problem.

2. OCEAN EXPORT
- Tasks:
+ To receive booking request from the customer.
+ To contact the carrier/co-loader to arrange space.
+ To send booking note to the customer.
+ To make HBL on GFMS, sending, checking.
+ To make Shipping Instruction on GFMS, sending, checking draft MBL.
+ To file AFR/AMS if necessary.
+ To check the D/N from carrier/co-loader.
+ To arrange payment to the carrier and get SWB/telex release on time.
+ To make D/N to the customer, sending, checking.
+ To send the final D/N to Acc Dept.
+ To settle all the relating problems refer to export shipments if any.
+ To inform to relevant PIC in Head office and Hanoi Branch about the situation of export shmts.
+ To get the sailing schedule form carrier/co-loader at the beginning of the month.
+ To update the summary monthly.

- College / University Graduation, External business and Foreign Trade Majors are preferred, aged under 32.
- At least 1-2 year experience in Logistics and Forwarding field, especially good experience in sea import/export documentation handling.
- Good command of English
- Ability of time management and problem solving.
