Sea Export Supervisor

• Receive booking details from suppliers and send to controlling parties to get instruction.
• Create quick booking details in EDI within one working day after completing booking form is received.
• Place booking request with carriers/coloaders as per controlling parties’ instruction.
• Send booking confirmation to shippers for cargo stuffing.
• Create draft HBL upon receiving shipping instruction from shippers and email/fax to shippers for checking, send shipping instruction to carriers/coloaders in timely manner for them to create MBL.
• Do billing in EDI and co-ordinate with finance department for collecting money from customers & pay money to carriers in timely manner for cargo release.
• Issue original HBL, SWB or telex release upon receiving payment from customers.
• Upload HBL, MBL and related documents into edocs/EDI.
• Send pre-alert to destination offices.
• Keep tracing the routing of each shipment on carriers’ website and update information to concerned parties if any change with initial schedule.
• Filing hard documents.

• Filing AMS/ACI/AFR/AFS for shipment to USA/Canada, Japan, China at least 24-48hrs before vessel arrives loading port.
• Sending ISF filing information to filing parties at least 24hrs before vessel arrives loading port. (TGF SHA or cnee’s customer broker).
• If any shipments under exwork term, make sure to provide necessary documents to logistics PIC or vendors to pick up cargo and make customs clearance to catch closing time as instruction.

• Follow Toll and legislative health and safety requirements to do with their roles and responsibilities.
• Identify and report hazards, injuries and incidents.
• Follow reasonable instructions in both normal and emergency situations related to health and safety.
• Act responsibly for the safety of self and others.
• Participate in health and safety improvement activities, reviews, audits and consultation
• All have the authority to make decisions and act on any matter of health and safety to ensure their and other’s safety.
• Report hazards, injuries and incidents.
• Raise safety concerns.
• Requisition designated protective equipment and clothing needed for their job.
• Engage in safety audits and observations.
• Undertake health and safety related actions assigned to them through appropriate channels.
