*** Basic Responsibilities:
• Lead process improvement of sale, distribution and import/export department
• Execute deep analysis of process and organizational issue and suggest solution
• Engage process owners, drive them to execute SAP standardize process
• Provide guidance for issue resolutions & system requests in Sales & Distribution module. (Knowledge in MM module is plus)
• Conduct user requirements study
• Perform fit/gap analysis.
• Design solutions.
• Create or maintain blueprint and functional specifications.
• Configure and test systems.
• Conduct user training.
• Provide day-to-day support.
• Resolve production client issues and maintain system documentation
• Follow through software development rules

*** Desired qualifications for this role include:
• Has at least total 8 years of working experience and among this, 5 year of process innovation and SAP implementation and/or support experience.
• Experience in global manufacturing industry
• Strong in business processes & technical skills (SAP configuration)
• Professional in analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and consulting skills
• English communication
*** Working location : Mainly, Hung Yen and Thai Nguyen for 1 year.
After 1 year, Hanoi 50% and Hung Yen/Thai Nguyen 50%
• Has at least total 8 years of working experience and among this, 5 year of process innovation and SAP implementation and/or support experience.
• Experience in global manufacturing industry
• Strong in business processes & technical skills (SAP configuration)
• Professional in analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and consulting skills
• English communication
*** Working location : Mainly, Hung Yen and Thai Nguyen for 1 year.
