Mô tả công việc
- Directly manage project development from beginning to end.
- Develop Agile based on SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) for new software development organization, creating necessary standards, tools and best practices in a clearly document form.
- Manage the activities and people associated with the project as well as the success of that project.
- Participate in the organization and planning of the development schedule based on methodology that has been developed, to create a cohesive plan with identifiable critical path, task dependencies, and major milestones, and manages the agreed project plans and schedules, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, time, and quality parameters.
- Adapt project plans, schedules, and resource assignments as required throughout pilot projects to respond to emerging requirements and risks.
- Assist with development and oversight of programming and testing for projects.
- Ensure projects are securely delivered and fulfill expectations.
- Identify opportunities for enhancements and refinements to standards and processes.
- Work directly with Software System Architects, Business Analyst, QA team to manage the technical aspects of a development project.
- Make sure that project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree or equivalent, and at least 5 years of experience in management position.
- Multiple years experience working with an Agile methodology during a large scale, complex new project development in a large enterprise.
- Possess general understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design.
- Thorough understanding of software development methodologies, values, and procedures includes: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean Startup.
- Results Driven (Prioritizing, Taking Initiative, Taking Ownership) Team Leadership (Coaching Others, Dealing with Stress, Demonstrating Teamwork, Influencing Others, Interacting with Others, Maintaining Composure, Motivating Others, Providing Direction and Leadership).
- Ability to understand technical issues at a high level.
- Expertise in programming language, .NET, iOS development is a plus.
- Ability to coach the team to reach their highest potential.
- Must be "self-motivated" as well as creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems.
- Must be collaborative in driving decisions.
- Strong analytical skill, very well-organized, problem-solving.
- Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to hold team members accountable, set clear performance standards, resolve performance issues, keep team engaged and on task.
- Responsible, result-oriented, able to work under high pressure and to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
