• Report to Delivery Head (Scrum of Scrum)
• Be responsible for product development from planning to acceptance within agile teams
• Empower your team and facilitate the delivery of high-quality products regularly, repeatedly and predictably through a focus on risk management, technical excellence, business value and the needs of the end customer
• Accountable for the quality of agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, showcases and retrospectives
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
• Setting the pace for delivery and motivating teams to succeed
• Conflict resolution within/between delivery team and stakeholders
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders by excellent communication
• Guide and coach the team to become self-organized
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
• At least 6 years of overall experience in software development
• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Good knowledge in software development including analysis and/or design
• Good hands-on technical skills in Java stacks, i.e.Spring and Hibernate.
• Knowledge and experience with Agile techniques – Automated Testing, User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Testing, etc
• People management skills, project management skills, organization skills, negotiation skills, time management skills.
• Be able to manage stakeholders relationships and negotiate changes to commitments / requirements;
• Strong logical and critical thinking
• Good analytical thinking and how to determine the root cause of the issue/problem, ability to give a good estimation.
• Proficient communication skills in English and good presentation skills
• At least 6 years of overall experience in software development
