Who are we?
VINID is a digital ecosystem built with the goal of becoming a powerful assistant, a reliable companion in daily life for everyone, every family and every household business.
With the super app - VINID, users can earn & spend loyalty points in the Vingroup ecosystem; Or conveniently shopping with “VinID Scan & Go” by scanning product QR codes; enjoy daily discounts from big brands with “VinID Voucher” or buy tickets for sports and entertainment events with “VinID Ticket”.
In addition, the integrated “E-Wallet” linked to 36 banking systems make it easy for users to shopping, purchasing quickly, safely and conveniently.
VinID now continuing to research and develop features and perfect its digital ecosystem in the future, aiming to become a Super App - an indispensable smart assistant of Vietnamese for Vietnamese people.
About SM20:
Scrum can be known as a way of solving complex thing in a lightweight effort but deliver productively and creatively product with highest value. Scrum Master is the one who moderate the team to deliver what need to, by doing what can be done, in an iterative way
That’s why people say Scrum Master is only for experienced ones so we're here to help with #ScrumMaster20. The program is a fast-track development program combining on-the-job training with personal/group coaching, to build up future TALENTED SCRUM MASTER, it allows fresh graduates to learn about Scrum Master position and practice in real projects of VinID and our ecosystems in Fintech field.
Timeline:
- 24/02 - 31/03: Application and selection.
- 01/04 - 04/04 : Getting onboard at VinID and Self-investigation.
- 06-24/04: In-depth functional training in Agile/Scrum and Sprint observation with real products at VinID (a Retrospective assignment will be required).
- 27/04 - 30/05: Practice your moderation skill with Scrum master role (to be coached with senior Scrum masters).
- From 30/05 and later on: Qualify your Scrum master role and Rock on!

What makes you a successful Scrum Master?
- Anyone who wants to be a Scrum Master (both Tech and Non-tech background) under 2 years of working experience.
- Living in Hanoi and can work full-time through the program
- Ability to think critically, analyze and solve problems with strong attention to details
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum is a plus
