SCM Head (Logistic, Warehouse & Customer Service) - Japanese Trading Company

This position will be involved in business plan making and participate in overall business management operations.

- Together with board of director to make business plan, new project plan based on business figure and analysis
- Manage the activities of business operation to ensure smooth operation, especially logistic department, customer service, credit (AR),...
- Recruit new talent for the department and manage the work of subordinate
- Being in charge and take report from subordinate managers
- Report to Japanese general director

- Graduated from university or higher education
- Vietnamese or expat
- At least 10 years experience in the same position with strong experience in business management, business planning
- Fluent in language: Japanese (N2 up), TOEIC (>750)
- Excellent at business , numeric analysis and problem solving
- High skill of tabulation and analysis using Excel
- Leadership skill with proven experience of managing staff
