JOB DESCRIPTION:
If you are strongly interest in Applied Science, Advanced Analytical and Advanced Measurement Technology, possessing Applied Science, Chemistry, Chemical, Scientific Instrument Education Background, and wants to extend the career path with Service Engineer position, then, this job is for you.

Position: (Analytical & Measuring Instruments) Service Engineer
Work location: District 1, HCM (Mon to Fri)
The successful candidate would handle the respectful RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Take proper Customer Support, dedicating Field Service Support when needed
+ Repairing, Testing, Commissioning
+ Conducting Demonstration, Training to Customers
+ Doing installations and getting final acceptance from the customers
+ Promoting service replacement parts, service contracts
• Business Support:
+ Conducting presentations or supporting for presentation on seminars/ workshops
+ Prepare quotation – for system out of warranty
+ Prepare quotation for parts and service contract
+ Remind and follow up client’s payment

Requirements:
• Understanding/ experienced 1-2 years in the analytical and measuring industry are Strong plus
• Knowledge of Elemental Analysis, Optical Spectroscopy device and Scientific Instrument would be an advantage
• Bachelor of Chemical/ Chemistry/ Applied Science/ Scientific Instrument/ Electrical/ Physics and above
• Good knowledge of Computer office device (MS Excel, Power Point, MS Word). Knowledge of programming language is a plus
• Fresh Graduates could be considered
• Possessed customer-oriented mindset, can-do attitude, good planning & time management skills
• Strong ability in utilizing English (other additional language will be an Advantage)
