Mô tả công việc
* OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
● Achieve assigned sales target
● Control quality and events
● Develop and maintain relations with authority functional bodies and partners
* BASIC FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage and be responsible for operation effectively
- Partially responsible for sales and annual sales target.
- Develop and maintain strong relations with partners in the network, and involved authorities.
- Develop and maintain strong relations with departments of the company e.g. Admin, F&A, Academic team, HR, Marketing and other business lines.
- Provide Manager and Director support in product development and improvement.
* PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Control and manage daily operational activities
- Develop sales plan (sales target, sales activities)
- Effectively implement annual sales plan to meet agreed target
- Supervise the placement test, parents’ presentation and parents meetings
- Provide reliable update market information (competitor update: program/ pricing/ product changes or improvement )
- Provide updated client feedback and product analysis to help improve its quality of product and services.
- Support in dealing with MOET, DOET, District Dept‘s inspection and regular checking.
- Provide subordinates, in given area, with coaching, on-the-job training, mentoring and leadership that helps them to achieve set targets.

* QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
- University degree/ master degree is an advantage
* GENERAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Good understanding of sales and sales process.
- Excellent at communication skills both in Vietnamese and in English
- Good leadership skills.
- Capability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Good system thinking and problem solving skills
- Multitasking and dedication
- Motivation skills
- Team work skills
- Quick adaptability
- Result oriented.
- Willing to travel and work overtime
- Other skills Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google suit)
* WORKING TIME:
The job is largely task-based. However, the normally working time: 8:30-17:30 from Mondays to Fridays. Work on weekends if required by line manager.
Lunch break from 12:00 – 13:00
* REMUNERATION:
• Monthly basic salary: Negotiate
• Monthly Travel Allowance (for Business Purposes):
✔ Taxi card valued at 1.000.000 vnd/month.
✔ Telephone allowance: Tel card valued at 300.000 vnd/month.
* OTHER BENEFITS & OBLIGATIONS
• Holiday: Public holidays sixteen (16) days for annual leave;
• Three paid sick leave days per year;
• Accident insurance premium will be covered by the company;
• Social, Health and Unemployment Insurances will be contributed according to the Labor Law;
• Free English training for children subject to availability of seats.
• Performance-based bonus as per the company’s policy
• Personal Income Tax (if any) will be the Employee’s responsibility;
• Opportunities for career development at LLV.
