School Manager (Education for Kids)

- Being responsible for the overall performance of your center with a focus on sales and operation of Centers.
- Maintain professional image of center: high standard of hygiene, safety, tidiness and staffs' manner
- Control the center and teaching materials per Company standard and Center template
- Solving emergency: accident, fire, lost, black out, meeting with local government
- Be responsible for recruitment Program Advisor, Customer Service, Interns, Securities, Cleaner, ...
- Manage working schedule of staff at center
- Be in charge of performance evaluation for Program Adviser, Customer Service, Security Guard and House Keeper
- Propose, execute and supervise the training of both soft skills and technical skills for staffs at Center
- Suggest and execute Sales and Promotion policies in order to ensure Customer's benefit. quality and service of the Company
- Receive and handle customer's complain
- Plan and control the budget and expense at Center
- Propose, Coordinate and execute Marketing activity at Center and others from Head Quarter

- Vietnamese Local
- University graduate
- At least 3 years experience at management level, experience in Education is an advantage
- Sales management background
- Understanding of local and foreign educational systems (not a must)
- Fluency in both English and Vietnamese
- Computer proficiency: MS Office, Microsoft Project, Internet, etc.
