Scheduler (Internship)

Well established in Vietnam, Alstom has completed several projects both in mainline and in urban transport solutions successfully in the country. In January 2017, Alstom as leader of a consortium, signed a contract with Hanoi Metropolitan Railway Management Board (MRB) to supply a metro system for Hanoi metro line 3. This is the first integrated metro system contract for Alstom in Vietnam.

*Job Description
Within the Hanoi L3 metro project including the following subsystems: rolling stock, power supply, signaling, depot equipment, Telecommunications and Operation Control Center
The candidate will be part of the Planning team and will have the following mission:
- Collect data from all UJV Sub-Groups schedulers/planners to make progress report on a monthly basis
- Update status of documents based on the extracted from Aconex

 Job Requirements:
- University bachelor (preferable graduated from Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, University of Transport)
- Good excel knowledge is a advantage
- Good communication skills (English and Vietnamese), French is a plus
- Keen to learn
- Good working relationship
- Careful, well-organized, meet On-time-delivery criteria
- Ability to work under pressure
