Job Tasks
- Join the brilliant team to work for SAP Bosch global projects – Rollout/Implementation/Development and support projects
- Involve in evaluation and analysis activities prior to project initiation
- Perform project management activities within the organization and leading project team to achieve project objectives and stakeholders’ expectation

Job Responsibilities
- Adapt to organization’s project & quality management process & standard at Bosch
- Working with project sponsor to understand the strategic objectives and ensure the alignment of project objectives
- Proactively interacts with functional/resource managers and other PMs to create a positive influence for fulfilling the various needs of project
- Driving project management competency & capability within the organization
- Handle project management for small and medium size project (C&D category)
Qualifications
- Education Backgrounds
+ University degree in related majors
+ PMP or PRINCE certified is a plus
- Working Experiences:
+ 3-5 years experience as SAP Project Manager who experienced in leading project team at medium volume/size (C category)
+ Strong knowledge and experienced in management of 1 or 2 SAP implementation/rollout full life cycle or support and development projects
- Skills
+ English skills proficiency is a MUST
+ Proactive and Flexible to work across time zones
+ German/Japanese language skill will be an added advantage
+ Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
+ Strong knowledge in Project Management Processes
