Job Description

1. Ensure 24x7 KTBR (Keep the Business Running) & Operation excellence for SAP modules and IT applications supporting HcP Logistics. Backing up for other SAP modules as Level 1 following Service Desk model.

* Perform quality coordination, service request fulfillment, technical consultancy, incident & problem management, change management for responsible areas
* Responsible for operation compliance, DRP/ BCP, continuous improvement and customer satisfaction for responsible services

2. Project Management for upgrade, integration, transfer, removal of systems/ applications/ processes in responsible areas

3. Knowledge management for responsible areas:

* Knowledge grow: Leverage available resources in Bosch to continuously develop knowledge on responsible areas or where organization has demand.
* Knowledge transfer: Perform quality knowledge transfer towards end users/ key users/ backup resource/ or at assignment to enable services, secure operation, sustain/ improve service quality.

Qualifications

Education:                          

* Bachelor degree. Major in IT                                            
*  English: fluency in verbal and communication                                         

Work experience:  

* 3-year-experience in LOG processes and SAP modules of WM, SD, LP, MM in an international environment  

Traits and Skills:           

* Thick experience in LOG processes and SAP modules of WM, SD, LP, MM                                                                   
* Effective communication in English & Vietnamese (speaking, listening, reading & writing).                                
* Effective and smooth collaboration with customers, partners and suppliers.                                                   
* A team player. Easy to work with. Participate team's and company's team build activities.                                            
* Discipline. Integrity. Disagree but commit.                  
* Analytical thinking. Self learning capability, Knowledge transfer capability

* Ready for travel when needed (for training/ project/ cross-site support)
