- Provide direct supports to regional factories in issue resolutions & system request in Sales & Distribution module. (Knowledge in MM module is plus)
- Work in improvement-process projects.
- Conduct users for requirements study/training
- Perform fit/gap analysis.
- Design solutions.
- Create or maintain blueprint and functional specifications.
- Configure and test systems.
- Provide day-to-day supports.
- Resolve production client issues and maintain system documentation
- Follow through software development rules

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Has 2 - 5 years of relevant SAP implementation and/or support experience.
- Strong in business processes & technical skills (SAP configuration)
- Professional in analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good presentation and consulting skills.
- English communication.
