Mô tả công việc
1/ For SDMM Module:
- Provide direct support to regional factories in issue resolutions & system requests in Sales & Distribution module. (Knowledge in MM module is plus)
- Work in improvement-process projects.
- Conduct user requirements study
- Perform fit/gap analysis.
- Design solutions.
- Create or maintain blueprint and functional specifications.
- Configure and test systems.
- Conduct user training.
- Provide day-to-day support.
- Resolve production client issues and maintain system documentation
- Follow through software development rules
2/ For FICO Module:
- Deploy the FICO module (financial accounting)
- Analyze business requirements (e.g., functional and technical requirements, information need, business processes) by conducting information-gathering sessions, analyzing the information and being able to document an accurate understanding of the business requirements and mapping of those to SAP business processes.
- Design and configuration of SAP FI, CO modules
- Check, control data, collate reports on FICO
- Advanced: data mining, collation of reports on FICO
- Design and configuration of SAP FI, CO modules as business process.
- Seek problem and assisting in testing process in order to discover errors and issues in daily performance, documentation or user's lack of experience, and to maintenance or upgrades.
