SAP Consulting Manager, Technology Consultings

PwC is pleased to invite ambitious and highly motivated candidates to apply for a position as a Manager in our Technology Consulting team in our Ho Chi Minh office. The role will have a focus on ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, …), SAP as preferable and will suit candidates who are experienced on either the client or the consultant side of ERP implementation. Experience on both sides will be a plus.

The role will lead consulting activities for ERP transformation, focusing on the manufacturing, retail, real estate and logistics industries.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and connect with target clients to introduce PwC services and win consulting projects;
• Drive business development activities to communicate PwC’s ERP consulting services to a wider target audience;
• Communicate and work with clients to define business requirements then develop solutions and plans to address those business requirements; Collaborate with other consulting teams (e.g. Operations and Finance Consulting) to propose the integrated solution and to help formulate proposals and win new projects;
• Deliver the work including but not limited to business solution design, implementation roadmap development, package selection, technical assistance, quality review, project management,… in a professional manner with high quality results;
• Lead the project management functions while projects are implemented;
• Manage and coach project team members during delivery of projects;
• Actively engage and participate as a member of the PwC Vietnam Consulting team, including supporting development of the practice and its staff;
• Ensure compliance with all Risk & Quality requirements associated with acquiring and delivering projects.

Qualifications & Experience:
1. University degree or higher education qualification;
2. Fluency in Vietnamese language;
3. Strong English language skills (written and verbal);
4. Ability to work with diverse and international colleagues and partners, and to work collaboratively with teams in other countries;
5. Certification in ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft,…) is a plus;
6. Experience in analysing and making recommendations on business-wide architecture for manufacturing, real estate, retail or logistics businesses;
7. Professional certifications – PMP/ TOGAF certificate will be a plus;
8. Other qualifications and memberships;
9. Minimum seven to ten years’ experience in large-scale IT enabling projects for Manufacturing, Real Estate, Logistics, Distribution or Retail industries: having participated in projects such as ERP transformation, supply chain management, or strategic IT planning;
10. Strong management skills, good analytical skills, and able to quickly study various industrial/business perspectives;
11. Ability to deeply understand the enterprise’s processes (such as finance accounting, inventory control, sales, purchase, manufacturing, etc);
12. An up-to-date understanding of the available technologies that may be suitable for clients;
13. Good skills of presentation, interpretation, facilitation, team management and other soft skills;
14. An attention to detail and professionalism in preparing communications from PwC and representing PwC with clients;
15. A positive and proactive attitude, with ability to focus on objectives and mobilise yourself and others to achieve them, and independently overcome hurdles to success;
16. Someone who enjoys and embraces the opportunity to network and meet new people.
