JOB SUMMARY
Position provides functional/technical expertise in an existing SAP environment to Manufacturing & Supply chain teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
• Learns and understands our company’s specific configuration, master data, and business process design choices for PTM – Plan to Manufacture and PTP – Procure to Pay processes in SAP
• Serves as primary support to eastern hemisphere factories and distribution centers end users & managing SAP issue resolution
• Support of the SAP PP, MM & WM modules (Production planning elements, Logistics, Purchasing & Master Data)
• Partners with functional data owners and approves material master data design & processes to ensure complete & accurate material master data records
• Work directly with business leaders to understand their needs and provide SAP functional solutions and/or business process optimization, following global standard business processes and practices
• Partners with business process owners to identify functionality gaps & continuous improvement opportunities
• Develops appropriate business cases to maximize SAP return on investment
• Works with ITS to provide SAP solutions consistent with the Global Design.
• Participates in SAP roll out projects

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent of Business Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics or closely related; MBA a plus
• Minimum 7 years equivalent experience with 5 years as a Business Analyst or Senior Programmer/Analyst configuring SAP
• Requires in-depth knowledge of Production Planning, Warehouse Management and Materials Management
• Work history must include multiple SAP lifecycles Implementations
• Experience leading small to medium size projects
• Ability to initiate, promote, and exhibit team-oriented behavior
• Requires strong orientation to customer satisfaction
• Requires ability and willingness to work on multiple projects at one time and priority setting
• Requires ability and willingness to educate and train others
• Knowledge and use of relevant PC software applications and skills to use them effectively
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English language
• Experience on at least 2 SAP implementations and 1 support project
• APICS CSCP or CPIM preferred
