MISSION
- To be responsible for operation system.
- Support clients in the selection, implementation, and support of specific SAP modules.
- This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and SAP solution expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the client’s business environment.
ACTIVITIES
- Participate in the research, development, construction and project applications in business practice.
- Participate in the implementation of SAP module. Design, configuration and testing in various SAP Modules: MM, SRM, CRM, FICO, BW, HR.
- Coordinate with IT Operation Team to provide the optimal solution for SAP operation.
- The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
- Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need.
- Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs
- Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices

- Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
- Understanding of application programming, database.
- ABAP.

- Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload
- Must be an effective problem solver
- Communication skills, relationships.
- Good skills in writing and presenting issues and solutions.
- Ability to read / understand and listen / speak English.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
PROFILE
Education: IT College degree or higher or Telecom sector
Language: English
Experience: At least 5 years
Knowledges
