SAP Accountant

- Monthly Fund Request,  

- Receive and verify invoices (including vendors’ bills and employees’ travelling expenses), and proceed payments/reimbursements,

- Ensure all monthly transactions are recorded accurately and timely in SAP system,

- Monitor general accounting and month-end closing activities,

- Handle post-closing reports, i.e. Trial Balance (TB) analysis, Month-End (ME) closing package, etc.

- Ensure an efficient accounting platform governed by solid internal controls, effective processes and continuous improvements, 

- Coordinate with external advisors (e.g. auditor, tax officer, company secretary, banker) to bring to local team attention on the changes in regulation and impact to the business (if any),

- Enable to coordinate and work closely with regional and other offshore teams,

- Enable to call out risks/opportunities in a transparent way, and provide solutions,

- Handle ad-hoc request in an efficient and timely manner,

- Maintain all Finance records (physical and electronic) in a systematic manner and as per local requirements,        

- Min. Bachelor degree (preferred in accounting, BA)

- Have minimum 3 years’ job experience

- Must Have experiences in using SAP

- Excellent in English skills in verbal and written

- Able to operate Microsoft Office

- Able to work independently and In a team as well

- Work in District 1

- Support and mainly supervise the Vietnam Market
