JOB PURPOSE
- Sales Order Desk handle all Sales Orders that Salesmen get from the customers. Sales Order creation is starting step for all further jobs in Samsung Company (logistics, credit….).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Main Responsibility: Be responsibility and duty for all issues ref. order execution:
1. Open Order Status Management:
_ Sales portal (Place order system) & B2Bi (Interface PO b/t accounts & Samsung) admin
_ DF++ (Stock allocation by q'ty / dealer control)
_ DO creation & monitoring with 3PL
_ Follow-up with customer & Credit Controlling team for credit block (overdue & over CL)
_ Follow-up bundle / package promotion
2. Stock transfer among Location
3. Management of Returns Due to Sales, Distribution, and S/O Error
4. Special Order Issue Management
_ GTN (Intercompany transaction)
_ Credit / Debit memo (EP)
_ FOC promotion order (EP)
_ Sales force/ EP creation (B2B order) & Verify document / evidence of project
5 Master data(Code Information System)
_ Material / SKU/Promotion code (POP)
_ BOM (Package of promotion)
6.VOC (Visit all key accounts by quarterly to verify all operation activities)

1. Degree:
- Bachelor
2. Professional Skills
- Business Administration
- Communication and Negotiation
- Active, hard working, careful
3. 01 working year in foreign company at the position of Admin. Officer. Freshmen are preferable.
4. Good communication and Teamwork spirit.
