Sample Development Management (Export Market)

• Follow up information from customer on new products development and transfer to R&D team to make sample
• Work closely with R&D team on sample building and follow up sample status (technical, quality, testing, quotation, BOM, prepare materials to do samples) and update the project plan.
• Discuss with technician and customers for technical problems and solutions to make sure all issues are solved before going production.
• Review samples & debrief with customer to make sure the quality in customer’s standards before submitting samples
• Follow up retro plan from customer to develop & release material for mass production on time.
• Follow up the order system from planning team to make sure all condition of develop process are clear & provided on time for production team.
• Daily update project status to manager

Factory: Lot CN1, Street No.3, Song Than 3 Industrial Zone, Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong
HCM Office: 1 Nguyen Thai Son, Go Vap.

• Solid experience in working with oversea customers (US and Taiwan customers is preferred) on product development, sample development.
• Fluent in English (Both English and Chinese is preferred)
• Adaptable and have ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Able to work independently and in a team with proactive attitude
• Possess good problem solving skills and resourcefulness
• Good communication and negotiation
