Sample Coordinator

• Number of position is 1- based in factory (Bac Giang)
• Act as the expert on all samples in the product line.
• Monitor and respond to email correspondence requesting updates or changes.
• Document and maintain a tracking system of samples.
• Receive new samples into the warehouse inventory and prepare approved samples for storage.
• Issue proto samples
• Discuss and explain styles to the pattern master
• Get samples checked , finished , washed , embroidered , printed and spec'd
• Follow up to get comments on samples
• Make revised samples if necessary
• Check and follow up the materials, and parcels.
• Follow up with respective teams for trims / fabrics etc
• Follow up with the factory and get the samples made correctly.

Experience: in outerwear will be weightage. Good English skill
Salary : Negotiation
Working location: Bac Giang province

- To be contributed Social Insurance, Health Insurance and Unemployment Insurance
- Working days: Monday to Saturday
