Working Location/ Nơi làm việc: Working in hospitals/ clinics in Thu Duc HCMC and Binh Duong province.
1. Mục đích công việc - Role Objective
- Research and develop various marketing strategies for hospitals.
- Implements marketing plans and works to meet sales quotas.
- Tracks marketing and sales data and identifies areas of improvement.
- Get new customers, reach to the revenue KPI
2. Trách nhiệm và nhiệm vụ chủ yếu - Principal Duties & Key Tasks
2.1 Trách nhiệm - Responsibilities
- Increase sales and organize marketing activities (discount, promotion program, educating classes, seminar, charity…) to attract new customers
- Wide brand positioning, build a good image for hospital
- Work closely to CS dept to improve customer’s satisfaction
2.2 Nhiệm vụ chính - Key tasks
- Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
- Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
- Maintaining website, fanpage and looking at data analytics
- Organising events, seminars, classes…
- managing campaigns on social media
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities and get new customers for company
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

- 5+ years’ experience in management in sales-marketing

- Aware of the latest market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Solid computer skills and awareness of web-based marketing and social media
- Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity
- Fluent in English
