Mô tả công việc
• Design, develop, and update training material and training aids based on the business and market requirements
• Prepare training calendar and schedule
• Execute training courses, administer assessment programs, and collect feedback
• Identify areas for improvement as per the feedback from trainees and implement changes accordingly
• Monitor and Communicate attendance status, evaluation results and training feedback to the immediate supervisor regularly
• Research the market for training programs and recommend suitable training for sales staff
• Prepares Sales FTEs and partner FTEs by conducting orientation to sales process; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling orientation drive-along with senior representatives.
• Determines training needs by traveling with sales representatives; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; conferring with sales managers.
• Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.
• Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.
• Supports training financial objectives by recommending budget items; controlling costs.
• Accomplishes sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• College Degree, preferably in Journalism, Marketing, Communication, or related business/pedagogic fields. English is a must.
• At least 4 years of experience in conducting adult training or similar position (sales coach, quality assurance training, product training). Prior experience in training for insurance companies, mobile phone producers, or consumer financing is preferred.
• Basic to advanced knowledge in MS Office applications, especially MS Powerpoint and Excel.
• Presentation design – a sales trainer is primarily tasked to design and develop training modules which directly benefit the Sales department.
• Exemplary communication and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in designing modules for E-Learning/Learning Management Systems and other non-traditional training products is a huge plus.
• Be ready for travelling
