Mô tả công việc
• Do monthly training delivery plan for the territory in charge
• Take in charge training delivery for Distribution Junior Sales Management team
• Monitor and ensure the quality of training delivery including active ratio, participation rate, compliance… within the territory in charge
• Conduct advanced training program if necessary.
• Coordinate with Distribution Sales Force team to support sales activities
• Support other Distribution Sales Trainers in communicating about training activities
• Coordinate with Design, Development and TCQA team in giving feedback and improving current material in line with business need and interest of target audience
• Take in charge of designing project-based training material
• Maintain and improve the quality of internal and external relationships to gain the best working results
• Any other tasks/ project assigned by management level

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor Degree or higher qualifications in Education, Finance, Life Insurance or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
- Experience in a sales position is a plus
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
- Good training sense in terms of training delivery & training quality controlling
- Excellent organizational skills
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Additional certification in training is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
- Experience in a sales position is a plus
