Mô tả công việc
- Plan & execute sales training (Annual plan, Quarterly plan and monthly plan) for HMV's dealer network: Sales skills Training/ New Product training.
- Prepare for new sales staff by conducting orientation to sales process; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance; scheduling advance sales training skill for senior sales staffs.
- Determine training needs by traveling with sales force; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; conferring with sales managers.
- Provide coaching; conduct training sessions; develop outcome improvement resources.
- Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.
- Support and co-ordinate with other training from related department such as logistic training, accounting & finance training, marketing training, service and part training for new dealer development progress.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; read professional publications; maintain personal networks; participate in professional organizations
- Accomplish sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Set up HINO SALES CLUB in 20

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree with Technical background (Major in Automotive is a plus)
- Minimum of 3-year management experience
- Coaching, Training & Interpersonal skills excellence
- Good communication, problem-solving & presentation skill
- MS Office & English Proficiency
